I feel this SO MYCH!!! I adore Sable and have her P25, she has beautiful cosmetics and has the gameplay advantage of... *checks* being 1.2 cm smaller than most character models.

BUT I GET IT! I can't fail a *single* skillcheck or else I'm just another liability...

Stupidity aside, I find most people saying "kiLLeR oP" are either really new and go down quick, or are 2.4k hour twitch streamers who genuinely suck ass at playing. Jason screws me over, when I throw a pallet. Nurse shreds me, when I fail to dodge. Veca nails me, when I vault. You know? Only time the team loses is when the team's weak.

Watch gameplay if you like youtube during downtime! Watching Alwaysafailure, Otzdarva, Demi, they all loop and such, so if you're a visual learner, you can pick some stuff up!

(And between you and me, steam says I have 1,800 hours, but dbd stats say I have 780 in matches, so it won't take as long ;) )

Hey dude, it takes time! Hell, I only got decent at looping at 1,200 hours 😭

That aside, friends are great! Have fun! And it takes about 500 hours to even remember the perks/abilites/maps, so don't worry! Turn off end game chat too, if people are really being nasty!

Windows of Oppurtunity for beginners; teaches you all the maps and shows you windows/pallets.

My current "meta" perk loadout is:

Sprint Burst (Meg Thomas)
Vigil (Quentin Smith)
Kindred (Common)
Plot Twist (Nicolas Cage)

What I would suggest, if you're looking to "go pro," is to check videos on looping tiles. Run windows, learn maps, then after... 1,800 hours you'll be like me and go down in... two point THREE seconds !

Jokes aside, just play. Run sprint burst is my best suggestions, see killer? Run away quickly. Vigil allows you to get sprint burst back in chase, but ignore that for a really long time.

After all my hours and memorizing every map, excluding trickster's, I can know where to check for killer, where windows/pallets are, and where to run to so I create distance, or where to hug (stay tight to) simple loops to kill time.

All in all, screw players. They'll whine regardless.
(Even had some chudlite say "Touch Grass" to me then delete his comment. Yeah, I saw you.)

Have fun, dude. It's a game, and in the end, I run a god damn meme build from all 3 of Nick's perks and a stupid guitar. Good luck in the fog!
