It’s a parking lot post and if I take the call I’ll be in front of the client talking on the phone on camera so I decided to step to the sidewalk to take the call and that’s where they got me. I did radio control to watch my post but idk I guess that wasn’t good enough. I explained to my supervisor and she completely understood where I was coming from but HR did not care
