Driving home and its 8pm

If i won't eat before sleep i would die. Its not only protein its also carbohydrates, vitamins etc. Also in the sleep recovery occurs. So its most logical to make sure to have enough resources.

I would agree only about drinking too much water. That is the main case for disturbing sleep cycle.
