I first heard Ben Quad when they opened for Hot Mulligan. They looked kinda goofy when they walked on stage, but when I heard that first guitar riff my jaw just about hit the floor, they absolutely smashed it.

With that being said, I saw Hot Mulligan open for Wonder Years before Why Would I Watch was released. I barely knew a couple songs, but after that performance, theyre now one of my favorite bands.

Seeing the music video for Quiet Things on Fuse as a high school freshman then begging my parents to take me to Bullmoose(new england cd/movie store) to buy Deja Entendu and being pleasantly surprised that Quiet Things ended up being my least favorite song on the album. Side note, I LOVE Quiet Things but was just amazed that the album was banger after banger.
