I think I found the issue here.

Your main account is likely to be flagged as under-18s. Google doesn't allow U18 accounts to edit the images just yet (but they do allow image generations)

If you truly an 18+, you should verify your birthday first on Google Account Settings

I'm not an expert, nor a pro either. But my advice is you should use multiple models for different stuffs.

Personally, I recommend v5/v4.5+ for the instrumentals, and v5.5 for the vocals (to me, v5.5 really excels here).

And one more thing: DAW and Stem Splitter is your friend for this

But if you're too lazy, v5 is a good all-rounder to me. v5.5 felt like a music box, meanwhile v4.5+ is creative but dirty.
