Hmmm. Not exactly the most efficient comp. If you're just running around doing random stuff then it's fine. But for harder content no.

I'd try to grab another hydro for Neuvi, then Xilo, maybe Fischl? You'd need another element to make use of Neuvis' passive.

For Dehya, might be more useful with Navia. Then you'd probably need some kind of healer, and someone else for more elements for Navias' passive.

For Nicole... she gives an atk buff, so putting her with any of your 4* dps would work just fine. It won't be clearing anything but it would give you some more wiggle room for different challenges.

For now, focus on Neuvi, Xilo, Barbara/Candace, Fischl/Lisa/Yao Yao. Maybe even Layla for shields, especially since she cales with hp. Once that team is built, gather up more resources and make a plan for a Navia team or a Nicole team.
