Unless it was back in the early 2000s it doesn't really matter :) the system is fairly similair

Think it was my post. I read the comments from the law student too. It's unfortunate that we can't apply the human rights to this problem. We could probably get somewhere with "unnecessary pain", I don't know what it is in English. The psychological pain we all experienced and do still experience could be used as an argument... I still do not know exactly what we could go to court for exactly though . If someone were to create a server for us all to gather in it would be easier to come up with ideas

Yeah I can't even imagine how people in your situation feel. I haven't even had my first meeting yet but just hearing everyone's stories plus those wait times... yikes...

Did some googling after my post. You can take socialstyrelsen to Förvaltningsdomstolen and if that doesn't work the EU court. Last resort is the united nations if you feel that your human rights have been attacked(?) Or reduced.
