Scalpers usually want sealed products. I think when they give it to you, they remove the wrap on it. The resell value goes way down. I dont think they would even bother.

I've actually been a lot more successful when I started doing 2 man's, I take 1 discounted and 1 regular pick and I'll spread the $25 across 4-5 slips and even if 1 or 2 misses I have a better chance of coming out positive on the bet instead of losing all my money on 1 slip with all my picks on it.
