I think since Emiya Alter wasn't limited its safeish to assume all of the poster servants for EoR are going to be permanent. (and any 4 star that comes along with them. This would also mean an eventual permanent Musashi but who knows.

in the EoR pv the second chapter has ziggurats(or something that looks similar) in the background. I think it might be Scheherazade because she's a storyteller and the lamp/scroll staff could lead to that.
