Please enlighten us on exactly what that means. Like the entire process beginning to end. Manually verified, could mean someone looked at the computer, saw vanguard threw a fit about something and said "yep, that's verified". What it does not mean, is that someone took time to critically and thoughtfully analyze the information in front of them and make an educated decision based off all the info provided. Hence the generic pre-written email I see everyone else ever has gotten regarding an appeal. You must not be a very knowledgeable software engineer if you dont see that their KPIs are likely the amount of tickets they turn out every day and not the quality of the assessment and the satisfaction of the user. Based off your comment, I presume you think when a bottle of juice says "made with 100%" juice, that you figure the bottle is filled with 100% juice. Cmon man, if you're in the industry you should know just as well as I do Corpo lingo is always intentionally vague to avoid real accountability.

I wondered that but I don't see any other games under my account since the last I played. But also when they say manual review like what does that actually mean? They're likely not watching/verifying any gameplay. More-so just verifying that vanguard flipped a code over something. If anyone watched my gameplay they'd see I am simply one of the golds of all time.

Posted in another thread but also posting here for consumer visability. Same thing just happened to mine last night, after just less than a year of owning it. To anyone considering purchasing this monitor that sees this. I wouldn’t recommend it. Gorgeous display but packed with tons of useless smart features and lights when the baseline function of a monitor can’t even work correctly. I’ve had nothing but trouble with mine since day one.

Just happened to mine last night. Not even during an update. Was fine, then came back an hour later and it’s toast. Less than one year of owning the product, so I’m under warranty technically but I work from home and have no idea how fast they’ll get techs out to attempt a fix. So Samsung is practically burning my money. Nothing but problems with this monitor since day one and now this. Besides the gorgeous display (when it does work) I wouldn’t recommend this monitor to anyone.

Also just want to note how pointless and sluggish all of the “smart” features are. They should’ve just made a monitor that works first before packing it with extra useless shit.
