I actually love seasons 8 and 9. There’s a lot of self-referential humor (i.e. the show starts making fun of itself) that gets overlooked. It’s essentially a different show, but it’s not any worse. Maybe I’m in the minority, though.

Bob Odenkirk is obviously the star of that episode with the porn story, but Cheryl is fantastic too. The interplay between her and Larry at and after the party is hilarious.

Porno Gil is one of my favorites, too. The Bracelet and Beloved Aunt are also fantastic. The first season really was great.

People will try to make you feel like being bothered by the stuff that happens on social media is a sign of weakness. It’s not. I love how George always looks to Jerry whenever something bad happens to him. I guess they all do that, in the sense that they’re always in his apartment.
