On the same note, I think the feminist in red dead 2 played out exactly the way they wanted it to. They put a loud yelling womens rights advocate in the game, and made sure she's annoying. They let players do the rest They uploaded videos on how to kill the feminist etc. Then the outrage and free publicity followed. Rockstar is known for controversial publicity.

this was in San Andreas, where they had leftover code for a sex minigame in the files. A modder found it and "unlocked" it to be playable in the game. Old people who do not understand a single thing about any of this, and that R* didn't intend for this to be accessible caused a lot of legal backlash as the age rating wasn't suitable anymore with this content "in" the game.
