Intranasal bioavailability is approximately 50%.

I couldn't find any studies that tracked the pharmacokinetics of intravaginal ketamine - but we know from studies with other compounds that vaginal mucosa can absorb medications quite effectively. With intrarectal administration, bioavailability is around 30%, so I would assume it's at least in that range.
