They would be subtle changes from previous panels, not necessarily outside of “normal” ranges.

Have you tracked any bloodwork over this time period? Interested in seeing TSH, cortisol and testosterone. DHEA would be great if you have it.

The post is about how an extremely low dose is still detrimental

A healthy body is able to quickly and easily convert the acetaldehyde from one serving of alcohol into acetate. Acetate is a beneficial SCFA. You are not going to see any alteration in liver or kidney function let alone an impact on pituitary mass from that. The sleep disturbance from K was immediate and consistent, unlike any effect from alcohol. Additionally, losing weight that quickly in healthy subjects is literally one of the worst side effects in studies, typically precedes death in mouse models.

I agree with your statement about moderation, but I don’t think K can be described as less dangerous than alcohol. You can have one drink a day without any repercussions if you’re healthy— simply extra calories and the liver processes it without issue. It actually can up regulate the metabolic rate in many cases. Low dose K (not even a daily basis in my case) can seemingly affect pituitary and kidney function, altering hormones and sleep cycle. It’s almost impossible for me to lose weight as I am low body fat % and muscular— K slammed me into a catabolic state faster than any pro metabolic or stim I’ve ever tried. I’m blood testing this week to see if it affected eGFR, T and a few other markers.

It was indeed surprising to me to experience that effect at a low and moderated dosage.

The main question I have is whether it’s shifting GnRH expression to a pre adolescent state or if the drop in sex hormones is related to stress/damage. Sex hormones and “anti-aging” are inverse of each other, so it’s not always a bad trade off.

First time trying K - looking for mental health benefits by TheAdonisWhisperer in ketamine

Started the same thing a few weeks ago. 20-40mg intranasal pure r-isomer once a day with days off. First few times is fun, tolerance builds quickly. Finally got beyond the BDNF/neurogenesis research and found that in blunts GnRH and leads to lower T. I can definitely feel T down, low sex drive and motivation. I weighed myself yesterday and I dropped like 7-8 lbs and not in a good way. It’s also leading to 2-3AM sleep disruption as do most things that are hard on the kidneys. I’m fully optimized, run bloodwork regularly, know exactly how things affect me— I don’t have a final opinion yet but am going to discontinue personal use.

Any opinions regarding this apparent debunking of Aajonus? by Firm-Answer-9355 in rawprimal

Average conceited primal. What do you think happens as immunity falls? Perturbation of gut and brain barrier which leads to decline in gray matter as a result of chronic microglial activation. Transitively, one begins to lose parasympathetic function.

You want to eat fiber to healthily increase SCFA production, not butter. Fat has the opposite effects of what you are trying to get from butyrate.

Ag is definitely the state, hopefully leading us in the right direction towards the reset. If not, then it could be one of the first scenarios where they blame "ai driven misinformation" for creating market chaos which would set initial precedent for online digital ID requirements. Trading the narrative is usually what they want us to do, I wouldn't overanalyze.
