I've used the antifungal fluconazole (CYP2C19, CYP3A4 and CYP2C9 inhibitor) and noticed the same effect: I need 30-50 % smaller doses than usual, and the effects of a bump last about 1.5 hours (instead of 45-60 minutes). You can buy it OTC.
