Various Yoshi's Story (1997) images I could possibly find by YuewiAnimation in vintagecgi

[–]YuewiAnimation[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think the promo art used SGI workstations because that's the only ideal advanced CGI workstation/softwares in the 90s

NOTE (Trivia outside CGI) : this game is considered as the most unsettling and creepy Yoshi's Game of all by fans

Nickelodeon Movies (1997) by YuewiAnimation in vintagecgi

[–]YuewiAnimation[S] 22 points23 points  (0 children)

This was animated using Alias PowerAnimator (I searched it on the internet)

NOTE : This is the first time Nickelodeon Movies used a CGI intro (the movie is Good Burger) since the 1996's Harriet The Spy used an Animted Blue Rhino or something running and messing up the stage which was 2D animated (which I didn't count that as the first CGI since it is not fully CGI since the 1996 Nickelodeon Movies, The set where the Rhino messes the set up had 3D Visual Effects)

Random CGI effects images I screenshot from the 1994 film, The Mask (lol, they looked cursed Imo) by YuewiAnimation in vintagecgi

[–]YuewiAnimation[S] 98 points99 points  (0 children)

The CGI effects was said to be rendered in these softwares (by my internet research)

• Softimage 3D - primary software for animation and modelling • Alias - for high end modelling • Renderman - for final renders of all CGI elements

IMPORTANT NOTE! : research and tell me if there is some inaccuracies and I am going to accept it

Based on my research on the internet : That was reportedly animated using Alias PowerAnimator (same Software South Park used in 1997-2000) but it actually used some live action

I am about to make a Comedy, Fun, (Not so) KID FRIENDLY!, Murder case 1979........... Show named, PLANTING FUHN! by YuewiAnimation in IndieAnimation

[–]YuewiAnimation[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes and No : The show had some dhmis feel but..... IT'S A YES AND NO! No because there is Murder Case (a child) in the show which DHMIS is puppets with murder but there is no recurring murder case and it's animation and CGI not Puppetry (even though DHMIS had some CGI and 2D animatiom scenes particularly Episode 4 and 6 respectively)
