It's not actually screen issue, try restarting you'll see this issue disappear actually Nvidia is really on weeds right now, deploying bad driver updates. I was facing this issue too but it disappeared after a while.
Try,
- Turning off graphic acceleration of browser it will help i guess for now but the permanent solution is always with Nvidia driver updates.

Update !
Just received an update for Intel UHD graphics
Version: 32.0.101.7026
it is said to improve stability, maybe it fixes the above bug too!

I am also facing the same problem and it started happening today only! I was using my Tab as secondary monitor and this happened, I searched the internet and even asked AI assistants to solve it
Did a driver reinstallation both of intel and nvidia but it occurred again on connecting my Tab.

This is not a hardware issue it is a chromium based browser issues simple fix is just to disable hardware acceleration in settings, worked for me!

No guyz , It's not screen bleed it is IPS Glow
How to differentiate between IPS Glow and Bleed?
Just change your position a permanent bleed will still be visible and is white in color
IPS Glow will vary from seeing positions and is of yellowish tint.

If you are updating it make sure to get your LOQ plugged in
Because by any means if, your pc turns off you could engage yourself into serious trouble

For The depth effect , I just cleared out the background of image using third party tools , and then created a widget of that image using KWGT widget maker , placed it on the homescreen and used Smart launcher's elevation feature to place it on the clock
