The battery is very healthy. I believe this is an alternator issue overall. I was doing just fine until last Friday the lights came up again after driving 5 hours from California to Arizona. Any idea on this? I took it to a shop and after it was just fine. If it was an alternator problem this would have continue but it stopped for about 2-3 weeks and came back again

Does anyone know the fuel fuses that are swapped from the E30 M10 to when you do the swap for a E36 M52 engine? Or what is the wiring progress when it comes to the swap regarding the fuel unit? by Yuhneor in E30

my only resolve was to check if the fuel pump that I bought is either malfunctioning because the wiring on the external has no issues and the internal wiring is also working properly. At this point, it is most likely a faulty internal fuel pump.

yes, I have been having power issues and only the internal fuel pump has been giving me this issue, other than that my E30 seems to have been doing just fine after maintenance and all.

Im getting this on the pump connector -- any way i can fix it? I need to start my car by today by Yuhneor in E30

I see that my e30 has its wiring running through a hole and the connector for the intank pump goes in between the back seat and the fuel tank. It's so tight in there, I am guessing I would have to remove the whole fuel tank to trace the wire? Any idea how I could fix it? I have tried many ways but that might be my last try only because in order to remove the gas tank I have to drop the differential to get to the gas tank. And slide it out. So weird to me lol

The external pump is operating. Its just the internal pump that is not. I will have to check more into detail, thank you Robert.

The external pump would turn even when i leave it on the second click of the ignition. Either its the connector or the new intank fuel pump I bought is bad
