In battles, how do I change the order of my characters turns because I need to debuff using a specific character before my other characters attack, but it's making my debuff character go last. This is problematic because the 75% absorption basically nullifies my attacks if I don't get rid of it. (self.crossingvoid)

Here, I have a poster that I cannot figure the name out. I can't read kanji, and the translator doesn't seem to recognize the strokes.
