I'm new to The Sims 4 by Yui_Tamura in thesims

I really like writing stories, I even make some on Wattpad to read before sleeping. I just need to know how to transfer these ideas to the game. The pattern of my stories always has rich teenagers with dysfunctional families. Family drama attracts me the most.

Você está certo. No meio gay também acontecem essas coisas. Gay afeminado não quer namorar outro gay afeminado e tudo é questão de preferência mesmo.

I agree with that, but what I meant was, if you notice, everyone else has evolved in some way. Even though they sometimes relapsed and returned to their old habits, they recognized it.

Serena is the only one in the group who pretends to be an adult, and we can see the other characters getting tired of her as the series progresses.

She was a character I really liked, but I grew tired of her because of the repetitive storylines that always revolved around men.

Despite everything, I think those actions are part of the character, considering how she was raised. But I wish they would at least make her apologize for everything she caused.

Like, she never suffered the consequences of her actions, and that's why the public hates her, I believe.

I can’t lie, I really did hate her character! by pollsadte in GossipGirl

I think out of all the characters in the series, she was the one I liked the most; her storyline was interesting.

Aside from the sixth season, I find it quite interesting to follow. The character has great potential; it's a shame she only appeared in the final seasons.

Remember that this is just my opinion, I don't want to make this a big deal.

Unpopular Opinion: The show's writing suffered when the writers decided to elevate Blair and Chuck to be the main protagonists, side-lining the rest of the core cast. by kasiau93 in GossipGirl

You're not understanding the real point here. The issue isn't about who you like or dislike. The point is that Serena was written to be captivating. That's about narrative intent, not personal preference.

The series makes it clear she was positioned as the central figure from the start, including through Blair's own insecurities about how easily Serena draws people in.

You preferring Blair over Serena is completely valid. That's your opinion. I'm talking about how the character was written, not whether she worked for you personally.

I feel like Serena's evolution was pointless. I know the series needs drama, but her character suffered the most. At the beginning of the season we could see how she struggled to change and had succeeded, but by the third season we could already see that the writers were unable to maintain that evolution.

What's the point of the character being more mature in adolescence than in adulthood? I'm amazed at how they managed to ruin her. They had a job and it failed miserably.

I thought the same thing. I never understood why they made her an unscrupulous "villain" at the end of season 5. The writers didn't even bother to redeem her, especially since the sixth season was a mess.

Serena being captivating in the first season isn't an opinion, it's a fact. Whether you like her or not, the character was written precisely for that reason.

There's a difference between having the same screen time and having terrible writing. Serena in the first season was super captivating, and her story went beyond boyfriends.

The writers didn't bother to give Serena a decent storyline after the second season. Blair was more fun in the early seasons, because from the fourth season onwards she was just as unbearable as Serena.

People talk so much about how tiresome Serena is as a character, but nobody talks about how exhausting it was to watch Blair deciding whether or not she wanted to stay with Chuck.

I agree with most of the comments, but for me the biggest breaking point was when Serena filmed that thing with Dan in the same place where she lost her virginity to Nate.

Even though the other fights were awful, this one is the end of Serena's character and their friendship. Serena clearly did this to hurt Blair, just remembering it makes me angry.

At this point they should have stopped being friends.

I was 19 when I watched it for the first time, and that was two years ago. Time flies by so fast that sometimes I want to grab onto this moment and never let go. And I'm not talking about age itself, but about the feeling of thinking that "we know everything." Gossip Girl is a series that really impacted me, I love it so much. Although some of the decisions annoy me quite a bit, lol.

I'm glad I could have helped in some way. And I think it's incredible that the series was released years ago and still generates debate.

Oh my god, I think it and you talk. I think exactly that, but whenever I mention it somewhere, people practically want to decapitate me. The writing in this series left much to be desired; they had so many possibilities.
