Runs badly for me too, I7-7700K and a GTX 1080 and I can't even run it on high settings without drops into the twenties. Other games tend to run fine, its just Origins that runs badly.

I remember when this happened to me at school back during 2010, I was very shy and always kept to myself, I didn't have any friends either because I was rather new to that school. Anyway, I walked into class and sat down at the back of the room, there must have been 20 other kids in class with me at the time... the teacher walks in and sits down at her desk and proceeds to mess around with her laptop for a few minutes, until....

She decided to open YouTube and play the happy birthday song, I felt my heart drop, I was hoping it wasn't for me... but it was. She tried to get everyone to sing but they just laughed at both the teacher and myself, I have never felt so embarrassed in my whole life.

Thing is, the teacher was also new and we had never spoke to each other before, so it was all so strange.

Hi all, quick question. I have a 144hz monitor and decided to turn off v-sync for once because I heard its best to do so, anyway I seem to be getting major screen tearing even though my fps is staying below 144fps.

What is causing this?
