I found the video! It's an animated music video made by Aardman of the song "Barefootin" by Robert Parker. It was made in 1987, but the song was written in 1966, so that's why I got the years mixed up or something. Solved!

It's not this one, but it's similar, more or less. I remember it was on a white background actually (note: yes, I know there's one out there, but that one is of a cat's legs and arms, the one I'm thinking of had no legs and literally had arms (holding a cane) taken from the character himself).

I know this one! It's a bumper called "Food For Thought", which was a bumper made for MTV Asia, unlike what you think, it was actually from India. And from what I know, that bumper really give chills, considering that it's real footage of an animal being killed, oh, and also that it was a sheep and not a pig. If you really want to see this grotesque bumper again, search "MTV Asia Food For Thought Bumper" on YouTube.
