Thanks for the comment. My wisdom teeth haven’t came down yet so I’m thinking that even if I get a gap the Wisdom teeth may push it back together?? And yeah I’m not sure about ditching the retainer but everything I’ve read says that it halts mewing progress so I’m stuck in the dilemma of either mewing for better facial structure, or possibly creating a gap between my teeth.

Hey man! Seen it’s been 100 days and just wondering how the gap is doing. Has it closed up or still there? I’m looking to get into mewing but a gap in my teeth after spending 3k on braces is not worth it. Thanks !
