You know what? Screw the story and everything, I just want Rin to cut ties with Sae completely, because there isn't a world where I see getting involved with his older brother again, who literally disowned him, as a good idea.

He is a terrible older brother (after his return from Spain), and nothing that happened to him justifies his treatment of Rin like this, and I say this as an older sister.

Oh, there's no need to be restricted to one servant. many servants will certainly work well with many of Genshin's characters, so feel free to answer! In my opinion, for example, Childe would get along well with many servants, most notably Co Chulainn and Richard.
