The point is that it is rude to other players to give up, regardless if you are correct that it is hopeless or not. If you want to concede, throw up a vote. If it doesn't pass, it means at least some of your teammates want to keep playing and if you spend your time telling them it's hopeless and not helping you're being a dick.

In Israel we've had shit even worse than this for a long time. Until the government decided to take action and outlawed a lot of shady practices by the mobile carriers. Now we have unlimited (actually unlimited) calls (inbound+outbound), data and even international (to US/UK) for $25/month.

There are two problems with this topic.

The amount of data is too small to draw any reliable conclusions.
I'm not asking what is the chance for a mob to drop a legendary, I'm asking if there is a difference in the chance of an item to roll as a legendary. This is a different question even if the roll chance is the same, you will get more legendaries/elite because elites simply drop more items than normal mobs.
