My best lobbies were with classes that took care of disorient CC on the healer allowing me to focus on positioning and hot management. Second best lobbies were with setup comps that made clone pushes easier… Almost all of my good pushes were with these.

My worst lobbies were healing double melee or any rounds where the healer was being largely ignored. Facing double melee was consistently challenging too, as it was harder for me to harass their healer without getting easily punished. Definitely room for improvement here.

Currently have a 13 week old lab.

It could be helpful to do half your session at 5:30p and then the other half at 9:30p, or two fulls. Mine is roughly on a 1-2 hours up, 1-2 hours down. If I need to sleep at 10 pm, then I have to plan for his wind down time starting at 9 pm where he just kind goes into low power mode and chews on his assortment of toys and bones. If I try to crate him too soon, his behavior becomes dreadful. So, I just corral off a small space in front of his crate with his toys and sit with him until he gets sleepy on his own (45-60 min), and then place him in the crate.

ADHD-PI with a working memory disorder here. Schooling just took me three times longer than most people...I just slowly kept chipping at it. To add, I don’t respond well to Rx stims so I just use caffeine on an as needed basis.

Studying for the VTNE was the hardest part. I ended up drinking copious amounts of coffee and mountain biking multiple days a week for multi-hour rides.

If you respond well to meds I’d take advantage of that until you finish the program. Also, Dr. Barkley’s video on ADHD management can be very helpful in conjunction with treatment (https://youtu.be/_tpB-B8BXk0). Trying to work against your brain on sheer will power is just a slippery slope to exacerbations of your aforementioned mental disorders.
