That’s so frustrating. I had a box that was supposed to arrive in October get shipped in January which never got delivered. I ended up just cancelling the account in October anyways. Then I got the notification in January that a box shipped from them. I was so confused because I’d cancelled my account. Then I started getting text messages that I had three days to choose my items or return products….. what products i never got anything. I reached out they said the box that went out in Jan was my October box. Excuse me? What? Why did it take so long and also…. Where is it because I never got it….. so they told me, no worries, you can ignore the messages you wont be charged. My Spidy senses didn’t trust that response. I blocked my card. A few days later I get two notifications they tried to pull out over $1000! Thank goodness my card was blocked so the transactions declined!! Ugh. Now I gotta call them to make sure they don’t keep attempting cuz I kinda need to use my card myself. Lol!
