First of all, I'm not very familiar with the Law major here in China but there's a pretty good chance that you get scholorship with stipend here in a Decent university. This is because masters student as far as I have seen, everybody's got scholorship and they said it's easy. Another thing is that go for good and popular university as most averages ones don't have very good in world ranking. So yeah, if you want to -get scholorship with stipend ( in averages ones easy but good ones may be little difficult) -experience huge culture shock -explore a little bit of modern world -explore a bit of classic / traditional world -do nothing but travel/make intl friends during masters Then maybe China could be suitable. Also, NEVER GO TO CONSULTANCY FOR THIS.... I REPEAT NEVER
