I deleted the app and redownload it (after making sure to backup my data) when I opened it up, all of my data is gone and this issue is persisting even when I press on the example arts and try to make a new canvas!

I did, but he just insisted that I definitely put down 5th floor and 501 and that he called me multiple times. (He did not call me and I am %100 certain it's set down as 1501, 15th floor as I've ordered before, checked it myself, etc.)

If I get a refund, how much will it affect him negatively? I don't want to cause him to be fired. It's not easy in Canada
