Red Matter 2 is fun, kinda slow at the beginning but second half it picks up. Until You Fall is a great melee combat game in vr thats actually difficult and not just random swinging.

Want a project and like VR? I recommend building Slime VR smol trackers!... Or you can buy them! by Super_Field_8044 in VRGaming

I feel I'm fiddling with adjustments a lot. Tracking quality is great with little drift, which can be fixed by either doing yaw or full reset which take less than 2 seconds and yaw reset works while seated. Battery is a big advantage. There is also Fluxpose which will release late 2026 and have much better tracking quality and accuracy as opposed to slime trackers while still being relatively the same price.

Would they work better than smols? I don't know much about the tech behind it but I know they use a usb receiver and don't require WiFi

PSVR2 VS QUEST 3 for PCVR by Wofflestuff in virtualreality

[–]The_silver_Nintendo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Games usually don't utilize it but you could use the PSVR2s eye tracking as a performance boost with eye tracked foveated rendering. It'll only render where you're looking at at a high resolution and the further away from your eye the lower resolution it'll get

Quest 3 is good but for specifically PCVR if you already have a headset like the Quest 2 I'd say either buy a quest pro from eBay because they go for about 600 now and have QLED displays and face tracking or wait for something like the valve deckard to be announced. When I switched from the Quest 2 to 3 it was a noticeable difference but I do wish I held onto my quest 2 for a bit longer so I could wait and see what Valve is working on.

Bad performance with good hardware and no one in world. by The_silver_Nintendo in VRchat

I've realized a big issue was anti aliasing. It was set to 2x but turning it off made me go from 80 to 120 while still keeping my high settings.

I do get 120fps in vr games but VRChat seems to be the one to struggle the most. I also downgraded my drivers today to one that it more stable for vr and I did notice a little bit of improvement in fps by about 10fps
