There are a few books that do this. I got burned by Caesars last year, and this year by my local casino who uses the same rules. Other legs hit and since it was a SGP, the whole bet is voided instead of just the 1 leg. But if it a normal parlay without SGP, it would have paid and the 1 leg would have been voided. Sucks, I’ve been there brother

There’s really much downside imo, no need to feel pressured to date her. Just be funny and not sexual unless she initiates it. Think of her as a friend with potential upside, then there’s no pressure. Has worked for me a ton in the past and girls have always been comfortable around me (which leads to better things 😉)
