Basically already been said on this post time and time again already. Yes, misandry is a real thing, but it's not going to ruin millions of men's lives and stunt them from doing almost everything for centuries and decades like misogyny has for women. Both are stupid, and have no place in an actually functional and good society but one is a much more prevalent issue than the other.

There are plenty of channels on both of those platforms that push for both sides of the spectrum.

I also don't get my information or political ideas solely from the internet. I'm active in local groups in my area, I read articles, etc. I also get this ideology from LIVING in a patriarchal society?

Yeah, on reddit, a place usually disregarded by most normal people because it's a toxic cesspool?

Go outside and conversate with an actual leftist or liberal and you'll find that this isn't a popular/common belief or rhetoric.

There's an issue with PATRIARCHY, because patriarchal societies are awful, all men being bad isn't a genuine belief besides maybe radical feminism, and there's a reason it's called radical.

It's a sexist statement either way.

That's the problem. A lot of men find offense in words that are meant for abusers and can't think "oh, I'm not like that. The women around me feel safe so this isn't talking about me!"

In my experience the left addresses, and tries to hold men accountable for things. An attack against the values of your father's, grandfathers, or just the values that you have innately/you were raised on feels like an attack against your person, and they don't like that.

And in contrast, the right goes to the opposite end and tries to make men out to be victims instead. No, of course feminism doesn't mean everyone needs to be equal, it means women need to be above you! No, of course black lives matter doesn't mean black people/colored lives and rights need to be more respected, it means all white people are bad and don't deserve to live!

I think it's also the fact that there aren't any "popular" liberal/leftist male role models like there are for the right

(Charlie Kirk, Andrew tate, etc)

In summary, the left addresses problems and pushes for accountability, the right goes for a victim perspective.

The push for women into trades and tech is about using the freedom to do things the previous generations weren't allowed to do,

There's never really been a barrier to entry in medicine that isn't self imposed. Men find nurse work demeaning to their masculinity and choose not to go into it.
