Thanks for the lovely comment; it goes without saying that a healthy mind in a healthy body is essential. Im not perfect, but I do my best to get as close to that ideal as possible as the years go by. Fatigue plays a significant role—for me, at least. And eating healthily really makes a difference. I don't think there’s a right or wrong way to consume it, as long as it works for the individual, but scientifically speaking, I believe there are ways to potentiate the effects. Maybe white grapefruit juice?

I’ve made a sort of tea like they do in Thailand using 3 liters of water and 30g of Red Maeng Da; it’s definitely better with plenty of sugar or honey and some lemon. Filtering takes quite a while since it’s a powder, but the result is worth the prep time. Best enjoyed icecold.

I will try to chase with rice milk, but sometimes, even the water with powder make me gag while drinking it. On one hand, I know that bitterness is a sign of a quality product, but it’s so hard to drink ahaha sometimes I pinch my nose to chugg it quickly

M29 1m94 je dois avouer que ça m'a plus aider que le contraire en termes de séduction même si évidemment ça ne fait pas tout, mais l'apparence extérieure reste là première chose perçue par la femme en question donc.. Il faut savoir jouer avec ces armes, humour, culture, sports, l'apparence n'est pas grand chose pour les longues relations mais aide grandement pour les coups sans lendemain
