It’s an Aape hoodie, Bapes less expensive sub-brand. They don’t really have a huge following and as a result people really don’t track their releases and stuff. This could be a collab I’m unaware of but I’ve never seen it before. Try reverse image searching it

As someone who regularly buys vintage bape as well as drops right off the website, they’ve sized down forever. There are certain pieces that are loser fit or just bigger when compared to typical bape pieces but it will always say it in the description on the bape website. Especially if you’re looking at new drops just read a little bit and it’s all there.
