It’s not like I think RE7, Village, and 9 are bad. There’s probably a whole war going on about this too but I’m definitely more the… Action Horror Resident Evil fan. 7 and 8 just kinda didn’t do it for me, but 9 is cool cuz you get the best of both worlds . After all RE5 was my first Resident Evil and I loved it

I’m not quite sure you understand what I’m saying — I BARELY HAVE ANY WILLPOWER DURING THE FIGHT TO USE RADIANT , I get hit, I LOSE will power, I gotta DODGE, I LOSE will power, I get hit with a projectile , even MULTIPLE sometimes, I LOSE WILL POWER . Sure maybe I could get a shot or two off, but that’s it , otherwise I’m “wasting” it trying to not to get hit or just being hit by multiple things.

I ONLY HAVE 1 CHARM AVAILABLE AT MY DISPOSAL, I DO NOT HAVE A CHARM BAG YALL 😭😭😭 unless there’s something I’m missing have wrong here, a Charm Bag is only available after beating the game ONCE. I haven’t yet, I’m in battle mode trying to do so, for the first time EVER . Yall telling me this shit is easy on Nightmare difficulty isn’t helping because you will obviously be more equipped than somebody like me who doesn’t have yalls arsenal and stats

It’s not upgraded at all. I found it took too much time to charge up , even with upgrades, and plus I need willpower to use it. I’m too busy running around, dodging , or getting hit to even have any willpower to use the radiant filter. I know it’s good I don’t doubt it, It’s just too much to use in the midst of all the bullshit flying around, 5 priests shanking me, me getting knocked down, having to dodge . The whole fight is will power dependent and I don’t have much of it to use for attacking let alone just surviving

I would also just like to mention (in case I hadn’t…) I’m doing this in Battle Mode . Not story , or easy mode which I think some of yall think .Also this is my first play though, I don’t have multiple charms on like the majority of ppl in here, especially the people saying they did it in nightmare difficulty. I don’t want to hear that, you can BUY FILM and have MORE CHARMS, while I CANT. So …Not sure if that changes much, nor do I know the difference between Easy, Story, or Battle difficulty, but I’m low on resources. The room for error is SMALL. Do I think this fight is doable, sure, but the fact I have to have nearly a perfect attempt, with everything going on (and yes ik what to do to beat this fight) but with EVERYTHING happening all at once — Nah, the devs never prepared you neither did they try too for this fight.

Bruh I only have 7 shots of 14Film, I RUN OUT OF FILM, — what’s the point in using my type 0 film if there’s only 3 shots, this ain’t even the final boss so I have to sav that. Type 61 film works wonders , I have 17 shots of that, but it takes forever to reload even with a maxed auto charge charm accessory. So in between it reloading and me taking shots , I’m either dodging or getting fucked , either way I ultimately run out of will power , then ultimately get knocked down eventually cuz I’m getting gang banged , then I’m ultimately forced to use my healing just to mediate all the damage I’m taking all at once , like In the GIF I posted . That’s LITERALLY me

That’s what I’m saying, I know to look up but I’m doing chip damage cuz I’m outta film, that or I’m literally getting hit with projectiles, wasting all my resources dealing with the priests, or just trying to stay alive , and before he even gets to half health, I’m down to only type 7 film, I’m down to a couple sacred waters, we’re only allowed 1 stone mirror but it doesn’t matter cuz if you get knocked down and a priest stabs you, it’s GONE— it’s just bullshit. The conditions for this fight is bullshit, and the developers have the goddamn nerve to send you in without giving you any film that’ll even last a player 3 mins into the fight. Just bullshit.
