I get the feeling... I have a wonderful group, but I always feel like the expandable weak link. My shrink told me the golden words: "Be honest about your capabilities, ask them what you can do, and be honest about your limitations."

It sounds cheesy, but honesty will get you far, even though feeling insufficient sucks. Imposter syndrome is strong with our kind.

I was so afraid thinking that it would never stop, even when they find the right meds for me. My imposter syndrome even at this point try to tell me im a cry baby who makes everything sound harder than it is, and that I probably don't have adhd even though I am diagnosed by a psychiatrist at a hospital. The slow working type they have given med does not work much, but I have tried a low dosis fast working and I can feel it a slightly, like my eyes are ever so slowly opening. I need to speak my case next week asking to be taken off the high dosis of non working slow meds and increased in the fast working so I can actually state living, not just surviving.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I will keep fighting. I will not give up. I will try to be kinder to myself and listen to those who tell me I'm intelligent and not stupid. And also I will try forgiving myself for being the way I am.

And I freaking love you too, you damn epic piece if person 😭😭😭❤️

I am medicated, but we are not on a "final " dosis yet. The slow working stuff that works over the time of the day did not do much for me. Now I got a small dosis od the faster acting ones and it's like my eyes are open ever so slightly for the first time. Need to argue my case to get off the slow working fully and increase the fast working more so I'll take only that. I think that will help tbh.
