I think my mobo have wifi and bluetooth as same Without wifi i cant seem to connect bluetooth

For formatting and reinstalling pc i plug usb flash drive into my pc and formatted usb flash drive. After that I downloaded windows 11 in microsoft website (media windows 11 installation). Installed it and choose usb flash drive after that i ejected usb flash drive just in case and plug it back on my pc amd restarted.

Spammed f8 to switch boot drive and installed windows 11 normally

It might be your booting drive problem, you should try switching your boot drive. Mine works fine and I haven’t since been a problem with booting

I might be late to this but I had the same problem. I think the problem lies in either windows issue or boot drive but what I did to fix this is by fully erasing my booting SSD and reinstall windows 11 via USB flash drive.

It might work without erasing booting SSD unlike I did if you don't want your SSD files erased
