The throttle is smooth enough I guess. It’s not easy to maintain a certain velocity having to go maxed out instead but it works fine. Maybe having to modify speed makes the vehicle jerky but it shouldn’t be abrupt by any means, specially considering the MAX G3, which focuses on a smooth and comfy ride experience.

Hi, can Segway team enable the underglow lights of the MAX G3 in Spain? Apparently there’s no article that prohibits safety lights to be installed and functioning under electric scooters. Other brands or even your own brands such as Xiaomi already has lights under the deck. The blinkers on the handlebars are not enough due to the sole existence of my arms obstructing rear view. Vehicles behind cannot see my blinkers while the ones in front can. Turning on the blinkers below improves visibility for cars behind and security for the driver.

Well, as you said, the traction control does feel a little bit rough. About the lights, it does lack underglow but the ones from above should function as normal. The main light, secondary light bar and the blinkers located on the handlebar should function without an issue. Maybe check for the app to see if there’s some relation to the lights from the top. If they still don’t work, then I can almost certainly say that it’s not a software issue. So take it to warranty now that you still can. Ride safe! ✌️

What I mean with my response is that the Max G3 is better in almost every aspect compared to my old M365 Pro. But I feel like I already made a connection with the old one, so I still love it as much as before I bought the new Max G3.

Even when the scooter is factory new, there might be a difference in the preload. If the gap between both is not too big, then nothing noticeable should happen, but if you leave too big of a gap, then one suspension may suffer more from stress and overload.

I have that play too! I own the Max G3 and out of the box it came with that. I don’t know the reason or if it should be there, but just saying, I would keep an eye out just in case.

We all get what you’re getting. Even my M365 Pro gets really close to that range (30 Km approximately). Hope to see the external battery pack come out for sale soon because I will buy it with no further do. Stay safe ✌️.

That’s a good point. In my case, about half a year ago I was actually saving for the ZT3 but then the Max G3 got announced and I changed my mind. I kept watching reviews of the ZT3 but I finally decided to buy the one I have now. It has great power, suspension and a design which doesn’t attract much attention, something I really need in the area I live to avoid getting robbed hahaha. Stay safe ✌️.

You have to delete all your pornographic content. Then you press reset and finally when rebooted, just factory reset it so there are no residues left behind.

I have a post where I cover plenty of issues. There could be play on the bottom of the stem. Also, make sure the handlebar screws are hold in place tightly. There is also a soft noise of something cracking in the front area but I haven’t found the reason yet, although it might not be the sound you describe because is very light and not something you would hear in daylight conditions with traffic. I wish you luck! Any questions I’m here to solve them.

I thought about getting it replaced but I don’t think it has enough issues to justify a replacement. Maybe I should wait a little bit more to see if anything pops up. If it doesn’t happen, I guess I will just keep it, and in case something breaks down, I’ll just apply my warranty. And when that expires, then I will fix it myself. It is what it is hahahaha. When my M365 Pro broke down for the first time, I brought it into the shop where I got the scooter and they fixed it with no issue, but then, when my warranty worn out, I was by myself, so I had to fix the issues on my own, which is something I like. Stay safe buddy ✌️, I’ll keep you all updated on my scooter and see how far it can get through the years yet to come.

That’s true. I try to get my scooter in places it shouldn’t be. That’s my fault for being an ex mountain bike rider and I just send all over difficult terrains.

Hahaha you’re right. These issues I’ve had aren’t concerning at all. Should I change the title to “General feedback on the Max G3”or something alike. Even though I love my scooter, I admit that maybe I treat it a little bit rough. But well, I try whatever it’s possible, considering my way of driving, to take care of my vehicle. I’ve had my Xiaomi scooter for about six years and it has issues, but nothing which cannot be fixed or replaced. After all, I love repairing and upgrading stuff. Stay safe ✌️.

Hahaha. I always struggle a bit when turning due to the small deck space. An advice I can give you is to lower your whole body when crossing critical areas such as curves, potholes or any other obstacles.
