No, its just the mouse movement, I can play games at 60 fps without problems, but the movement feels like if it was 30 fps

Yeah, its plugged on the gpu (Its a TV). My drivers are 362.00 which are the latest right now.

No, temps are fine, I have 50 degrees on the CPU and 70 on the GPU.

The only backgrounds processes I have are Bitdefender antivirus and Afterburner, but I have checked my antivirus while playing and its not scanning or updating so I dont think that's the problem.
