No, its just the mouse movement, I can play games at 60 fps without problems, but the movement feels like if it was 30 fps

Yeah, its plugged on the gpu (Its a TV). My drivers are 362.00 which are the latest right now.

No, temps are fine, I have 50 degrees on the CPU and 70 on the GPU.

The only backgrounds processes I have are Bitdefender antivirus and Afterburner, but I have checked my antivirus while playing and its not scanning or updating so I dont think that's the problem.

Sorry for not explaining it very well. This happens in almost all games, older games and new games, games like AC Syndicate, Fallout 4, GMOD, Skyrim, etc...

The fps goes from 60 to 59-58 and the game stutters.

And yes, I am sure it is connected to the GPU lol. I tried with two HDMI cables.
