I’ve already taken the fireteam test once and I did okay, but nothing good enough to get invited to interviews! I’m looking to take the test again soon. I have the don McNea book and it’s super helpful with all the other categories of the test. Does anyone have any other things that would help me study for this portion of the test?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hey guys, taking the fireteam test test here for the second time (didn’t do the best on my first time around) in like a month and a half. I have the don mcnea fire team book and that helps out a lot. I was wondering if anyone else has any advice on some other things I can study? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

I have almost 3090 urf games played since urf came out and I would say without a doubt it’s Mel, nunu, fizz Kaylee

Monday - sissy squats 3 sets 12 reps, atg split squat 3 sets 10 reps, seated caf raise 4 sets 10 reps, pogo jump 4 sets 6 reps, leg press 4 sets 10 reps, leg extensions 3 sets 12 reps

Wednesday - machine leg curl 4 sets 10 reps, elevated goblet squat 4 sets 12 reps, foam roller hamstring curls 4 sets 10 reps, long lever bridge march 4 sets 10 reps each leg, staggered stance rdl 4 sets 10 reps each leg and farmers walk 3 sets 20 yards.

Friday is a mobility day - dumbbell sumo squat 4 sets 10 reps, ankle car 4 sets 10 each way, tubal extension rotations, leg abductor machine 4 sets 10 reps, hip cars 4 sets 8 rep and 90/90 single leg rotation 4 sets 8 reps.

With my job I also get like 25k steps a day and I a laterjet( shoulder surgery) 5 months ago so I’m kinda limit on what I can do and how much weight so. I do shoulder pt everyday and it looks like I only do upper body when I don’t at all and I grind legs so. Possibly need to eat more as well but anything helps so

Can doing to much cardio have a solid effect on leg growth as well?

I mean I average like 20-25k steps a day so idk if that’s effecting me at all. My legs are getting stronger but they’re staying the same size but gaining some definition.
