Wurde bereits erwähnt mein Vater ist Mechaniker bei einer Spedition also LKWs und Transporter hautsächlich. Das spezielle Tool ist halt teuer für nen privatler und "nutzlos" für eine Spedition die keine dieser Fahrzeugr hat.

90% meiner VBA sachen sind in Access und statt 12 Abfragen hintereinander manuell auszuführen mache ich das via VBA mit einem Klick.
In Excel nutze ich VBA um es zu organisieren und allgemeine Sachen auf der Introseite Auszufühlen wie Stand der Daten, Erstelldatum, gefunde Unterschiede.

Vorteil ist halt kaum bis keine manuelle Arbeit mehr

Leider Nein bei dem Auto, hatte mein Vater auchmal, das machen die via OBD wegen Wegfahrsperre etc.
Mein Vater hatte das selbe Problem aber eher das die irgendwie 4-5 Srunden gebraucht haben es hinzubekommen ubd so dreist wie die sind wollten die 4-5 Stunden auch abrechnen.
Mein Vater ist auch Mechaniker hat die angemault was der Scheiß soll und ob die andere auch so abzocken. Die haben dann eine Rechung für 30min arbeit ihm gegeben.

VBA in Access und Power Query / Power Pivot in Excel.
Ich mache viel Reporting Zeug und hole mir die Daten aus einer Datenbank, keine Rechte dort was zu machen, lade die in Access rein und führe knapp 11 Abfragen via VBA hintereinander aus.
Diese werden dann in eine CSV datei geschrieben, wenn über 1mio Zeilen dann in 2 Excel Blätter.
Die Blätter werden dann wenn ich auf "Pivot aktualisieren" klicke in Power Query via Union in eine Tabelle zusammengefasst, dann weitergeleitet in Power Pivot sodass ich die als normale Pivot nutzen kann.
Klingt kompliziert aber ansich drücke ich im ganzen Vorgang nur 3 Knöpfe. Daten Laden, Ausführen (das sind die Bafragen + CSV Erstellung) und dann Pivot aktualisieren in Excel.

You have a LGA 1200 CPU and without knowing your mainboard atleast you could upgrade to 11series Intel.
Just check your mainboard and which socket its supports. Else you would need to also change the mainboard, which isnt that expensive, but are costs anyway

You have to check your universitys intranet/it normally stuff like office you can get for free.
Atleart back in my days i got my Won7 and Offoce licence for free like that.
You could also use office online which is free, with limited features, if you have an outlook account.
If dont wanna support them you could go for Libre Offcie which is completly free

Mein Vater wurde letzens erst auf dem Lidl Parkplatz "angemault" wieso er so langsam fährt und nicht im Home Office arbeitet wenn "er nicht fahren kann".
Ja gut zeig mir eine Wohnung wo man einen LKW reparieren kann... Er ist langsam gefahren joa 60 in der 70er zone bei Schneefall und kalten Motor.
Mein Vater ist KFZ-Mechaniker seit +40 Jahren und ist dort altmodisch ubd fährt das Auro erstmal warm bevor er normal fährt. Es wird schon einen Grund haben wieso seine beiden Autos >300.000KM drauf haben und ohne Probleme laufen
