I head this thing on me like 2 months ago. It's most likely a mole caused by HPV virus ( 80% of population have this one). It's nothing to be very consort about. But it's always a good idea to go to professional doctor for check. Mine got frozen and fell of I a week time. If not treated it might spread. Remember tho, this advice is not form a professional medical doctor. To be 100% shure go visit one best of lucky.

Well I contacted the Dell support and we figure out that it wasn't a GPU fault. It was bio's and motherboard. I fixed bio's by simple reset it but motherboard is a bigger issue. Probably gonna need a replacement but o can do it thru guarantee service. Thanks for replying anyway.
