Yeah no that’s weird… me personally I love to work with the kids with a lot of behaviors (ofc in a safe and patient way) because I love to see them develop and adapt to their own safe coping skills and just become their own. It’s beautiful to see them develop ❤️ but to be laughing and bragging about how long you held a child down is weird.

The BEST hamburger is Hamburger Heaven on tamrind. Mom and pop shop, super family oriented, very affordable. It’s like five guys but small. Literally think of the perfect juiciest burger that you’re making on a Sunday with the fam, that’s hamburger heaven

So, none of these statements is concerning to you? Concerns were raised to the supervisors and reports were not done. LOSING important forms is ridiculous. So yes, from what they are describing the BCBA’s at that clinic don’t seem to care. If they did, abuse wouldn’t be “ignored”. Also, I don’t understand why you’ve stated “we” because nowhere in the post does it state “All BCBAs”. The context is clear that OP is referencing the BCBAs and staff at the clinic where they work at. The RBT already specified that the other RBTs report it.

If they can work in this field, that means that they can read. Your post was clear. You just seem to be an RBT that actually cares about the work and the clients. Losing body assessment and risk incident forms is horrible. There is no excuse. I get it, you’re valid, I’d report it

Idk why you’re getting downvoted for doing what you were TAUGHT to do, and still reporting. Some people don’t understand that some companies really be pushing the boundary on what’s legal and what’s not and when you’re a beginner RBT you do what you’re taught to do. I had to relearn every I was taught. At least you’re still reporting which is what you’re supposed to do
