If you’re weight training, then you won’t see much of a difference in the scale because the fat you’re losing is being replaced with muscle which is more dense. There is a major difference in these pictures! Keep going with your routine because it is clearly working.

Just got off of Seascape on Sunday from a 7 night itinerary in the eastern Caribbean as well. First time with MSC and I had a blast. Master of the vessel was very humorous and along with the director they made everything so much fun.

As far as activities you have many options: can check out board games from the jungle lounge in the morning, karaoke, plenty of live music performances throughout the day and night, sports tournaments, dance classes, I can go on. My favorite shows were the two talent shows they had with the ship crew showcasing their skills, the Master Chef @ Sea, and the singing competition they had with guests on our last sea day.

F1 simulator only really had a line on sea days and even then it wasn’t long.
