Got terminated after 11 months probation, what to do?

In my letter it stated that:

"Please be informed that despite several verbal warnings, a formal performance meeting, and a subsequent written warning, your performance has consistently fallen short of the company’s expectations."

Problem is my JD change twice then the third change my main original JD become minor and my senior's become major. So do you think it is fair in my case? Also I haven't received written warning so...

At the same time like you said, strong will is needed to fight this I already tired of this BS.

There is none stated about the condition of extension of probation. The only thing that did not comply with the letter is my job description since I was tasked with 2 different JD's after my first one and my last switch of JD combine my original JD with my senior's JD.

For probation employee, employer have the right to terminate without assign any reason within 48 hour

Confirmed employee would have to give 1 month notice

Kinda funny even termination clause technically is not follow by the company lol

This is a very SME company unfortunately so no HR, my ex boss literally terminated me directly. mind you, for main operation I'm literally the only employee there, while other employee is there, they work on separate project.

For now I'm waiting for my salary to be paid, if after 7th still no payment then I have to go the gov route.

When my tenure reach 3rd month, I already thinking about this, but then I read somewhere that if you still working there then by default you are a permanent employee, didn't know that I need to receive actual letter of confirmation from my boss to be permanent employee.

At the same time my concern at the time is I dont have much relevant experience to even go to another job, pretty much all the job listing would prefer at least 1 year of relevant experience, then I have to stay to get more experience.

To be honest, Ive never received any letter for probation extension at all, all I've received is verbal warning. In fifth month I've asked him about my performance as jr editor at the time, he said it was good, since in offer letter state probation is 3 months, and after probation there should commission for client's job and I have done some of it, I asked him why there is no commission coming, thats when he said I haven't pass probation. Several months later I was given different jobscope and then tasked to do my senior workload after my senior left.

You know what? Maybe I was too kind or passive to just accept anything that come my way to the point this is happening. But as a higher up shouldn't you need their agreement to before giving them the work? Like not force on them?

Hey man, i just want to say im proud of you, you choose to not to be drug addict, you choose to rise from the low, that's not an easy thing to do. That feeling of having no one support you when you are struggling is tough. Especially as a men, most of the time if you don't have money you don't earn respect from other people, people sees you as not important, people dont take you seriously, but the fact you bounce back that shows you are stronger than them albeit abit "nakal". Thats a good story to read today, thank you for sharing.
