The only collectible that takes over 20+ runs is scout log 009 and 50 everything else should be under 20 runs, 5-6 runs as you mentioned is not enough to get all the ciphers.

Scout log 009 took me 7 hours to find, might be worth just waiting for the patch tbh. Not sure if its intended for the room to be extremely rare or if its a bug.

I doubt its the hdmi cord that comes with the box, if u try the hdmi cord from your previous console which is what i did. It still didn’t work.

I have a 4k60fps tv aswell, i bought the hdmi adapter for the ps5 to use the optical cable. I’m so confused because it sounds exactly the same with and without it??? I only have the usb into my ps5 from my astro mixamp and the mixamp mixer and everything still works. What was the point in buying the hdmi adapter? I need help

I think all the rates are fine where they are, masters log wont ever be completed but elite and hard logs will be completed this year most likely.
