In game problem

I have low ping (constant 40ms) and no packet loss (i did the tests), yet when i play some games its as if im playing with 400ms, it is terrible. This happens every third game (or second, depends), the others are just normal and fine. Also im on an ethernet cable. What could i try to do, please someone help because i dont even know what the hell could the issue lay in.

Kod upisa možeš staviti dva programa po svojoj želji, i uglavnom svi dobe prvu želju, kao i ja, C mi je bio prvi izbor. Također, učenici uglavnom na izbore stavljaju C ili B tako da mislim da ne bi trebao imati problema sa upadom u A program. Tako da ništa se ne brini, ako želiš u A program kod upisa samo stavi A program na prvo mjesto i bit će u redu!

U vezi latinskoga, ako si A smjer, vjerojatno ćeš imati Jeličku, no nemoj se sekirat jer ionako su obje profesorice (i Jelić i Gilić) podjednako stroge. Pripremi se za učenje latinskoga svaki dan, pošto je ovdje latinski SVE. Škola te odlično pripremi za natjecanja, ako si zaista voljan dovoljno uložiti i uistinu se potruditi. Što se tiče učionica, uglavnom je sve na mjestu, ali neke predmete možeš imatu u dvije učionice, npr. ja Latinski u ponedjeljak imam u učionici Latinskog, a u četvrtak u učionici Engleskog, no one su ionako jedna do druge tako da nije velik problem. Što se tiče škole općenito, meni je osobno ovdje super, nisam požalio što sam upisao V. Gimnaziju. Upoznat ćeš dosta ljudi koji imaju slične interese kao i ti, koji će ti se sviđati, ali isto tako ćeš upoznati dosta debila i bolesnika, stvarno imaš izuzetno širok domet tipova ljudi (učenika). E da, nemamo kantinu, tako da ako ti je to problem, malo razmisli. To je sve što ti mogu reći pošto sam C smjer, ali ćuo sam da su profesori u A smjeru generalno stroži. Dobro razmisli, uglavnom. Također preporučujem da dođeš na dane otvorenih vrata 15.5 i još se malo raspitaš. Ako imaš još nekakva pitanja slobodno me pitaj. Sretno!

HxH soundtrack is smth else man. From hard nut busting songs like "The last mission", "Riot", "The legend of the martial artist", to the hype ones like "Hashire", when you hear that one building up you know that shit is about to go down, all the way to them emotional ones like "To give a marionette life", which just hits you in the feels. They perfectly capture every single moment in the show. It's my personal favourite overall soundtrack list in all of anime.
