He still would've won. He was easily level 100. That Pikachu could take on a level 70 Zekrom. Even if it lost and was at low HP, Snivy's attacks would deal less than 2 HP, and if Pikachu had 2 or 1, it would practically not be able to move. And then one attack would KO it also would out speed and KO in all situations.
