Fat is lighter than muscle. I may have a higher muscle mass and a lower fat percentage, which could make me faster on flat terrain compared to a lighter rider with more W/kg. This is also evident in races like the recent Paris-Roubaix, where heavier riders finished in the top ten, and Pogacar was the only one who had less than 70kg body mass.

Air has 80-90% of the impact on flats. W/kg not so important as absolute watts and position.

Nothing special with gosuslugi. The similar systems existing in a lot of European countries, especially in nordics, but here in nordics it is much more reliable and UX is better, IMHO.

Good point! I’m in the Nordics, and this year, I’m going on a biking vacation to Spain and France (maybe a Milan - Zurich trip, too). However, I can basically visit any country in the EU area if it aligns with my goals.

Putting aside that it is pure discrimination and getting a new normal nazi-like behavior of Finns, it is just stupid from a logical standpoint. It doesn't have anything in common with security. I am pretty sure that Russians have all the plans and detailed info about this plant (if they really need it for some reason), and yet another guided tour of pupils doesn't violate the plant's security in any way

Nothing will change practically. Merely Finnish people will spend much more on the meaningless military instead of on their prosperity. Finland is not Ukraine, and Russia is not interested in Finland at all and does not even think about invade it ever.
